First of all, I am not one to leave reviews unless my experience is noteworthy. Dealing with the company was a joy thanks to the support I received from Rochelle. My order was a little different, including having it shipped overseas.
She answered all my questions promptly and very courteously. I used my own
12v circuit and the instructions were not clear as to the polarity... which Rochelle advised that the striped wire was neg, All works perfectly now. I highly recomend this company for quality shades and super support. I did read a review from another buyer who suggested that the mounts be slotted to be able to better align, I agree with him. It is a small detail but making it align straight was a bit difficult not being able to adjust the mounts.. small detail.. great company
I bought two automatic roller shades, one large oversize for a patio door and another for a small window. Both work great and were relatively easy to install, even without good instructions. It also would have helped to have better information about the options/accessories, such as the solar panel and light blockers.
Bought two motorized blinds with remote. Only one remote came. Called support and a new remote was sent immediately. Very helpful and polite aide.

I love everything about these blinds. They had so many options and they are made of really high-quality material. It is great that the battery in each shade is rechargeable with a long USB-C cable that plugs into the shade without having to remove the shade. We love that they can be programed to go up and down to meet your schedule and needs. I highly recommend these blinds

The measurements came out perfect and it was super easy to install. The fabric and the rail are sized exactly right, the brackets at the top aren't visible, and there's no light gap at the top either. It looks neat and clean, and is exactly what we wanted.

They fit perfectly! Both windows can with a remote that was preprogrammed! Since my window is behind my couch, I wanted the a blind that had automatic open/close feature. Little did I know how the look would totally upgrade my rooms! The color was spot on. Love them.

Could have came with bit longer screws, house is stucco, so I think that's why they weren't long enough ..Otherwise no complaints at all.
The screens look great and work fine. I mounted them each to a pressure treated 2x4 and lifted them between my pergola beams and then attached on top to 1/8 inch aluminum plates that I rotated in place and screwed down.
